Rental Info

Renters and drivers must be 25 years old.

 

Bookings:

Must be made in advance and accompanied by a $500 booking deposit. We do not take bookings and rent on the same day (case by case basis).

Insurance:

Must be verified or purchased 24 hours before rental pick up. After you book the RV you will receive an insurance binder request form. You would need to send it to your insurance company so they can issue you FULL COVERAGE insurance for your trip. It has all the information they need to write up a binder for your rental. You will need to be sure they send proof to you and us and bring a copy with you when you pick up, our fax number is on that form. Remember, all drivers of the rented RV must be listed on insurance coverage.

Rental Deposits & Rates:

Required for all rentals. The minimum deposit is $500.00. The daily rate for Cousin Eddie's RV is $122.00. The weekly rate is $626.00, and the monthly rate is $2,488.00. Mileage is charged at 10¢ per mile.

Smoking & Pets:

We enforce a strict NO SMOKING policy. A single pet (under 40 lbs or service dog) is permitted with an additional pet deposit of $150.00 plus $25.00 per day.

Payment:

For all rentals, including mileage, is required before the motor home is released. To determine this amount, please contact us and we will send you a complete estimate.

Picking up your rental:

You will need 60 to 90 minutes to check out on the first day of rental. This allows a full orientation of all aspects of the coach you have selected. It could take less time, depending on how familiar and comfortable you are with the unit that you have rented.

Returning your rental:

We will need time to check your motor home back in, so allow 30 minutes or longer. After we have completely checked in the RV, we will re-calculate your charges.

Cancellation policy

1. Reservation cancellations over 21 days before departure are subject to $100 cancellation fee.

2. Reservation cancellations between 14 and 20 days before departure are subject to $250 cancellation fee.

3. Reservations canceled less than 13 days before departure are subject to full rental fee.

4. You may reschedule your rental once after submission of application with no fee.

5. Cancellation charges will be taken from any renters funds available: prepayments or security deposit.
